Women's Circle Gathering
I invite you, dear sisters to join me in sacred space.
How often do you carve out time for yourself, time where you can be your true authentic self? Within a space where judgment is not welcome, a space where you will be received with love? A space of healing, remembering, laughter, tears, growth and so much more.
During our 2.5 hour circle we will hold space for one another, we will share and learn about folklore, plantlore and herbalism. We will celebrate the Celtic wheel of the year and the changes of the seasons, enjoying a tea ceremony using herbs that have been carefully picked from my garden or foraged locally. We will enjoy journalling, seasonal natural crafts, meditations, movement, energy healing and finally, we will bring our circle to a close with a beautiful sound healing.
The sound healing will be delivered to you by myself using 432hz crystal singing bowls as well as tibetan singing bowls, the gong, tuning forks, tongue drum and many more healing instruments.
If this is something your heart and soul call out for, then please book your space.
I open the circle to 12 women maximum and spaces always fill very quickly.
I look forward to connecting with you, dear sister,
I hadn't been to any women's circles before seeing Laurie's advertised at Hawarden Wellness Centre. I didn't know what to expect, but I enjoyed myself so much I keep going back!
Laurie is so welcoming. I always leave feeling refreshed and replenished, and I have met some amazing women in the process.
Come along, you won't regret it.
Being in circle held by Laurie is soothing to the nervous system. Every woman is welcomed in with such great warmth and is held by not only Laurie, but every other woman present. Laurie weaves her passion for community, motherhood, connection, and folklore into each circle and they are so deeply nourishing for the soul. From the discussions, to the deep connections, sound healing and delicious herbal tea blends. They are such a blessing to be a part of!
Laurie's was the first women's circle I ever attended. I was nervous and unsure what to expect beforehand, but leaving, felt like a heavy burden I had been carrying had been lifted. Laurie holds space beautifully and allows everyone to feel seen, heard and supported, yet there was never any pressure to say something or move beyond what felt comfortable in the moment. Coming to circle was life changing, to experience the wisdom of sisters, to feel, for the first time, the ability to be vulnerable and share in a safe space and find support from a sisterhood. I urge anyone considering taking part to take the leap, and feel the magic for themselves.
