Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy –
Please note that once you have booked an appointment or space at any of our events with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment or space less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or event.
RETREATS AND RETREAT DAYS - If you have booked onto one of our retreat weekends or retreat days, a portion of the energy exchange will be a non refundable deposit (this will be explained upon the event booking page).
Please be certain that you are able to attend before you book. Refunds will not be issued because you have made other arrangements. We are a small business, with a family to feed and our time and energy is valuable.
