A combination of home grown & locally foraged herbs.

Nettle - This beautiful plant is a wonderful energy giver. Providing us with an endless amount of vitamins & working as an anti histamine, building up the defense system ready for the summer allergies. 

Chamomile - A soft & gentle plant with such a beautiful scent and taste. This plant brings in the gentle touch of spring allowing us to calmly and gently transition from winter into this new season. 

Calendula - A very special plant ally with so many wonderful health benefits, one being that it is a great anti inflammatory. A fragrant plant which attracts the butterflies.

Rose - A personal favourite with the soft scent and taste. Bringing a sweet floral touch to the tea.

*DIRECTIONS FOR USE

 

 

 

  - One teaspoon per person can be added to an infusion cage or teapot. Pour boiling water and add a slice of lemon or spoon of honey to bring some sweetness to the tea.
