~ Motherwort ~ A beautiful herb that can relieve many menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, palpitations and nervousness.
~ Sage ~ A well known herb that aids in Soothing and cooling and relieving hot flashes
~ Yarrow ~ Another Soothing herb to aid in women's hormones and to relieve any hot flashes.
