~ Mother & Baby Sound Bath ~

I truly believe that if the Mamas feel nurtured, cared for, seen, supported - then we are in turn nurturing the rest of the world.

Mamas have the biggest responsibility of raising the next generation and often it means neglecting our own self care to do so. Motherhood can be demanding and evenings can often mean we miss out on gatherings and events that would refill our cup.

I invite you to join me in a space of safety and of love. A space with other Mamas and babes in arms where you can curl up with your little one and journey into a state of relaxation as crystal singing bowls play.

The space will be low lighting with sensory lights to entertain little ones.

Afterwards you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and maybe even a chat with other Mamas if you feel called.

This space is open to Mamas and babes, there isn't an age restriction on babies, just please use your intuition on whether you think babe will enjoy the calm space or if they'll be curious to wander off.

£10 per family.

Date : Monday 26th February 2024

Time : 10:30-11:45am (please arrive 15 minutes early to settle into the space.

If you're coming from the direction of Mold, take the second turn on the left for the cricket club, just after the white sign on your left marking 'A541 Wrexham 8 miles' there is a speed camera sign above. Drive over the little bridge.

If you're coming from Wrexham, after the white sign for Corwen and Chester turn offs, it is your first right into the cricket club and over the bridge.

Please do not come through the wooden gate. Take the turn at the cricket club.

If the carpark is full, please park in the cricket club carpark just before the bridge. We ask that you are respectful of neighbours as you enter and leave the building and your cars. Thank you.

It is best not to enter the postcode into the satnav as it'll take you to a different location.

If you'd like to join this event plus any other 2 events offered this month, there is a monthly discounted pass available within the menu.

With love,

Laurie.
