In a world that encourages you to always be busy, always be 'doing', to applaud others and yourself for juggling as many plates as possible, it can be really challenging to put yourself first. It can be difficult to slow everything right down & to find calm but it is essential to find time to slow down, to rest the mind and body.
I invite you to join me for a candlelit evening, a heart opening & a gentle healing experience. A blissful session of sonic relaxation where I will create a space where you can enjoy stillness & calm as I take you on a meditative journey followed by a sound healing bath using 432hz crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls, Gong, as well as many other healing instruments. The evening will include the magic of Reiki ~ a form of energetic healing, as well as a tea ceremony handcrafted by myself.
During a sound bath you can experience a meditative state of warm relaxation, as well as a deeper connection to yourself. The resonance of the instruments is both audible and tangible, helping to release or transform any 'stuck energy' within the body systems.
What is a sound bath?
A Sound Bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates your body's natural healing systems. Sound Healing is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies. Different sound vibrations interact with our physical and energetic bodies in beneficial ways:

GONGS ~ The gong vibrations impacts the body and its meridians. It releases blocks, reduces tension and stimulates circulation. The gong changes the feelings that are blocked by cutting the thoughts that sustain and recreate the feelings.
Bring a blanket and pillow , and create your most comfortable space then lie down and let the cosmic vibrations wash away stress and all that no longer serves you .

If you're coming from the direction of Mold, take the second turn on the left for the cricket club, just after the white sign on your left marking 'A541 Wrexham 8 miles' there is a speed camera sign above. Drive over the little bridge.
If you're coming from Wrexham, after the white sign for Corwen and Chester turn offs, it is your first right into the cricket club and over the bridge.
If the carpark is full, please park in the cricket club carpark just before the bridge.
It is best not to enter the postcode into the satnav as it'll take you to a different location.
Cancellation Policy –
Please note that once you have booked an appointment or space at any of our events with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment or space less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or event.
RETREATS AND RETREAT DAYS - If you have booked onto one of our retreat weekends or retreat days, a portion of the energy exchange will be a non refundable deposit (this will be explained upon the event booking page).
Please be certain that you are able to attend before you book. Refunds will not be issued because you have made other arrangements. We are a small business, with a family to feed and our time and energy is valuable.
