A morning gathering within the magical Nercwys Forest just outside of Mold.
Together we will enjoy ;
~ Forest bathing, barefoot upon the Earth
~ Grounding Meditation
~ Yin Yoga
~ Sound Healing with the use of Crystal singing bowls.
We hope to create a deeply relaxing morning for you, allowing you to continue with your day feeling more grounded & connected to self.
Meet at 8:45am at the main carpark gate.
Event to begin for approximately 9am - 10:30am.
Ensure to wrap up warm with gloves, hats & plenty of layers.
