Step into a day of nurturing and heart-centered work, where we weave together the ancient wisdom of Reiki with the deep, ancestral roots of Celtic energy healing. This immersive workshop is more than just a learning experience—it is a journey of the soul, a day of deep healing and reconnection with the earth and our ancestors.

At a time when authenticity can feel scarce, it can be difficult to know where to begin with healing—whom to trust and where to turn. It is with heartfelt intention that I offer you a space where we can lean into healing that comes from an energy flowing through the earth, the rivers, the trees, the animals, and through you.

What You'll Learn:

- Introduction to Reiki: Delve into the history, theory, and principles of Usui Reiki and Reiki healing. Through guided breathing techniques, visualizations, and meditation, you will connect with Reiki, the Universal Life Force Energy, beginning to feel and sense its gentle yet profound presence. The activation of the first degree of reiki is an empowering process. It highlights our own potential and the key to our own healing. Reminding us that we are healers and always have been. This is a radiance of a self love.  

- Your First Reiki Attunement: Receive your first combined attunement to Reiki, a transformative experience that opens you up to this powerful energy. Whether gentle and relaxing or deeply profound, this attunement marks the start of your journey into Reiki healing. The activation of the first degree of reiki is an empowering process. It highlights our own potential and the key to our own healing. Reminding us that we are healers and always have been. This is a radiance of a self love. 

- Exploring Energies: Learn about the energies within and around the human body, understanding how they are influenced by mental, emotional, and spiritual experiences. You’ll explore these energies through body scanning and hands-on Reiki healing practice. Understanding the chakra system and how we can use the chakras to focus on the body and tune in to energies within the body. 

- Practical Application: Engage in a full self-healing practice and share Reiki healing with fellow participants, deepening your understanding and connection to this ancient modality. You will also explore the use of Reiki with plants and animals, expanding your healing practice beyond the human realm.

- Celtic Energy Healing: In honoring the sacred lineage of our Celtic ancestors, we will dive into ancient practices deeply rooted in the earth's cycles and natural rhythms. You'll work with the earth’s energy, harmonizing it with Reiki for a more integrated and elemental approach to healing. This sacred form of healing allows you to tune into and connect with the energy of the trees, the plants & the rest of the earth. 

Course Experience:

During this day, I will share with you ways to connect to the life force energy that already exists within you. Together, we will remember the healing gifts you were born with and explore how you can connect to them to create healing in your own life and in the lives of others. Throughout the day, you will be immersed in the soothing sounds of healing music, aligning your body, mind, and spirit. A beautiful spread of nourishing food, prepared with love and intention, will support your body as you engage in these transformative practices.

Whether you are new to energy work or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is an invitation to reconnect with the ancient wisdom within you and around you. You will leave with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to bring this powerful healing into your life and the lives of those you touch.

Certification:

Participants will receive a certificate and manual, acknowledging your completion of Reiki 1.

*Please note that while Reiki 1 allows you to practice with family and friends, it does not qualify you as a professional therapist. To gain a professional qualification, completion of both Reiki levels 1 and 2 is required.*

About me:

I was attuned to Reiki many years ago, and it has been quite the journey for me. For a long time, I struggled with practising a form of healing that I knew my ancestors wouldn't have used. Naturally, I began to draw back from offering Reiki. However, during this time, I found myself instinctively connecting with the trees and plants, offering them healing intuitively. 

It was within this space of healing that a natural attunement occurred. I felt the same energy flow from me and recognised it within the trees, plants, animals, waters, and other humans. Slowly, I began offering energy healing that organically became a combination of Reiki and what I now know to be Celtic Energetic Healing. Something shifted. I felt that this alignment of healing modalities amplified the healing I was able to offer and allowed me to truly see the potential of the healing that flows through us all.

After years of practice, it is my honour to bring these combined forms of energetic healing to you, so that we can honour our people, our lands, and one another from an authentic place.
