An evening of Fire, Sound & Soul Food

We invite you to join us under the summer sky around the fire for an evening of ;

Grounding, a walk through the meadow & gardens, shared knowledge on foraging & plant medicines, tea ceremony, a home cooked meal around the fire, guided meditation , sound bath, grounding with tuning forks, a mug of warm chai around the fire before you head home. 

We will gather in the Welsh countryside under an open sky. We will watch the sun set and watch the magic of the sky transition from dusk to night - an evening under the stars, the fire crackling, time to calm your nervous system - the perfect way to begin your weekend. 

We will begin our evening with a hot mug of delicious hand crafted herbal tea as we take a walk around the meadow & gardens, learning about the plants in bloom, the folklore connected with these plants and the various ways in which we can use them. 

We will then enjoy some beautifully home cooked and baked foods around the fire, time for connection.

For our last part of the evening will then head to our beautiful bell tent where you will settle down and be guided through a meditation to allow you to drop out of your head space and into your heart, ready for a beautiful sound bath that will be brought to you using the crystal singing bowls as well as many more healing instruments. 

 After a deep healing such as sound it is important that we remain hydrated & to reenergise the body after a huge energetic shift. You will have the option to enjoy a mug of tea to ground yourself around the fire before heading home.
